Code of Conduct

• Treat all clients with respect, courtesy, and professionalism.
• Follow all instructions provided by SparkyDivine administration before visiting the client location.
• Arrive at the client location on time and in proper attire.
• Provide only makeup-related services as agreed upon with the client. No additional services are allowed.

Zero Tolerance Policy

SparkyDivine enforces a zero-tolerance policy for any violations of these terms. Any misconduct or breach of rules may result in immediate termination and legal action if necessary.

Notice

Please do not share your personal contact details with clients. If a client and our volunteer (makeup artist) exchange numbers and conduct business directly, bypassing SparkyDivine, it is a serious violation of our policies. All client interactions must remain confidential and under the company’s purview. If you have any complaints about our volunteers or services, please contact SparkyDivine administration directly. This is a strict rule to protect the company from potential losses and maintain professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all tools and products are sanitized and ready for use before arriving at the client location.
• Confirm the client’s requirements and preferences prior to starting the service.
• Adhere strictly to safety and hygiene standards during the makeup session.
• Respect the client’s privacy and personal space at all times.

Guidelines for Makeup Services

• Double-check the client’s booking details and service requirements before leaving for the appointment.
• Ensure that all makeup applications are performed professionally and as per the client’s requests.
• Do not accept payment directly from the client unless authorized by SparkyDivine administration.
